Role Summary
We are looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Director. This is a high-trust, high-visibility role for someone who thrives on structure, anticipates needs before they arise, and can be relied on to manage competing priorities without dropping a single detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and daily priorities
- Coordinate and prepare for internal and external meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
- Handle correspondence — emails, calls, and messages — on the Director's behalf with discretion and professionalism
- Organise domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required by the Director
- Liaise with department heads across Sales, Compliance, Mobility, Marketing, and Accounts to track deliverables and follow up on action items
- Support the weekly departmental reporting process, ensuring reports reach the Director on time and flagging any gaps
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive business, client, and financial information
- Manage office administration and coordination tasks as directed
- Anticipate the Director's needs and proactively manage shifting priorities
Required Skills & Attributes
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior leadership
- Exceptionally detail-oriented, with a near-zero tolerance for errors
- Sharp and quick-thinking, with strong problem-solving instincts
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Highly organised, with excellent time-management skills
- Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities under pressure
- Sound judgement and discretion when handling confidential information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Graduate degree, any discipline; certification in office / executive administration is an advantage
Salary Up to ₹35,000 per month (commensurate with experience) Full-time, in-office
