Role Summary

We are looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Director. This is a high-trust, high-visibility role for someone who thrives on structure, anticipates needs before they arise, and can be relied on to manage competing priorities without dropping a single detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Director's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and daily priorities
  • Coordinate and prepare for internal and external meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
  • Handle correspondence — emails, calls, and messages — on the Director's behalf with discretion and professionalism
  • Organise domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required by the Director
  • Liaise with department heads across Sales, Compliance, Mobility, Marketing, and Accounts to track deliverables and follow up on action items
  • Support the weekly departmental reporting process, ensuring reports reach the Director on time and flagging any gaps
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive business, client, and financial information
  • Manage office administration and coordination tasks as directed
  • Anticipate the Director's needs and proactively manage shifting priorities

Required Skills & Attributes

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior leadership
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented, with a near-zero tolerance for errors
  • Sharp and quick-thinking, with strong problem-solving instincts
  • Confident communicator, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Highly organised, with excellent time-management skills
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities under pressure
  • Sound judgement and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Graduate degree, any discipline; certification in office / executive administration is an advantage

Salary Up to ₹35,000 per month (commensurate with experience) Full-time, in-office
