Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant role based in Mumbai. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing expense reports. The role involves handling correspondence, organizing documents, drafting presentations, and maintaining accurate records to ensure efficient office operations.
The Executive Assistant will act as a key point of contact between executives and internal or external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up on priorities. The position requires maintaining confidentiality, anticipating executive needs, and supporting special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills for managing calendars, meetings, and executive priorities.
- Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance skills, including document management, scheduling, and office coordination.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in preparing and reconciling Expense Reports and handling basic financial or travel-related documentation.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for drafting emails, coordinating with stakeholders, and managing executive correspondence.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, calendaring applications).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential information and a professional, service-oriented approach.
