About the Role

Key Responsibilities: 

• Engage with clients to provide expert real estate consultancy services, specializing in Pune’s East and West locations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a seamless and personalized property-buying experience.
• Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly sales strategies to achieve individual and company targets.
• Utilize social media and other platforms for lead generation, branding, and relationship building.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 4 years in real estate consultancy with a history of successfully closing sales.
• Personality: Presentable, extroverted, and adept at collaborating within the team and connecting effectively with clients.
• Education: MBA candidates are preferred, but graduates with relevant experience are also welcome.
• Essentials:
• Own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler.
• Possess a laptop and smartphone.
• Tech-Savvy: Active on social media with the ability to leverage it for branding and lead generation.
• Attitude: A go-getter mindset, eager to create opportunities and deliver results consistently.
