Exchange Engineer (Washington)

Job Title: Exchange Engineer Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid Work) Duration: 6 months Contract with Extension Active Public Trust required Required Qualifications Minimum 8 years of experience supporting Enterprise Messaging Services Proven hands-on experience designing, configuring, integrating, testing, releasing, maintaining, and supporting: Microsoft O365 / Microsoft 365 Exchange Online Intune (MDM) with Apple Business Manager Azure Outlook, OneDrive for Business, Office Suite Microsoft Security & Compliance Microsoft O365 certification or equivalent Experience supporting systems in a federal or government environment Ability to participate in 24/7 on-call rotation Preferred Qualifications Microsoft O365 certification (or higher) Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills Experience working with senior federal leadership and end users Collaborative team player who acts as a trusted consultant and change agent
