Excellence in Care Lead Nurse

Overview Excellence in Care (EiC) is a national nursing initiative. This secondment supports its implementation within the Board, working across nursing and governance teams to embed quality standards and improve care. Responsibilities Work closely with the Associate Nurse Directors, eHealth and Clinical Governance colleagues to embed EiC. Support the development of quality standards and assurance processes for nursing and midwifery care. Qualifications Registered Adult Nurse. Educated to degree level or equivalent. Senior level experience in nursing. Experience implementing quality improvement and completed QI training. Other information Flexible working options are available.
