Client Relationship & Account Management: Serve as the dedicated primary point of contact from initial inquiry through event completion, fostering long-term client relationships and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction by resolving concerns immediately.

Event Planning: Orchestrate the end-to-end event planning process by creating tailored proposals, contracts, BEOs, and timelines, and collaborating closely with culinary and beverage teams to design bespoke menu and drink packages.

Operational Excellence & Coordination: Ensure flawless event execution by coordinating effectively across all departments (Culinary, Beverage, Leadership, etc.) and attending key events to uphold service standards and operational protocols.

● Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

● Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

● Experience using Tripleseat, OpenTable, or similar CRM/event management software preferred.
