Event Designer

Company Description Royal Knot Events is a Kochi-based wedding planning and design studio specializing in curated, detail-oriented celebrations and immersive event experiences. With a strong focus on spatial design, aesthetics, and seamless execution, we work closely with clients to bring unique wedding and event concepts to life through thoughtful planning and creative decor solutions. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Event Designer at Royal Knot Events, based in Kochi with work requirements across Kochi and Thrissur.

The role involves conceptualizing and designing wedding and event spaces, including stage concepts, decor styling, spatial layouts, mood boards, and client presentations. The Event Designer will collaborate with clients, vendors, production teams, and planners to execute creative event concepts while ensuring smooth on-site coordination and execution. The role includes a combination of remote planning/design work and on-site event responsibilities.

NOTE : This role is specifically focused on wedding and event spatial design and is not purely a graphic design role. Qualifications Background in Architecture, Interior Design, Spatial Design, Event Design, or related creative fields preferred Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Canva required Knowledge of SketchUp, AutoCAD, or 3D visualization tools is highly preferred Strong understanding of spatial aesthetics, decor styling, and event layouts Ability to create mood boards, colour palettes, and concept presentations Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple projects and work within tight timelines Comfortable with on-site coordination, vendor communication, and event execution Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills Interest or prior experience in weddings, events, or experiential design preferred Full-time availability and immediate joining preferred
