Oversee patient care as the Evening Site Manager, ensuring optimal flow and resource management after hours. Collaborate closely with healthcare teams to address emerging challenges. In this role, you will be the only onsite manager for patient care during non-regular business hours, directly supporting the Patient Care Manager.
You are responsible for monitoring resource allocation and patient flow management, heavily influencing the smooth operation of the facility. Your leadership will help mitigate staff concerns and enhance overall site efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Act as the initial contact for emergent situation coordination • Manage onsite staffing and resource allocation efficiently • Lead patient flow efforts alongside bed planners • Address and support staff and patient concerns regarding resource use • Operate the site during evenings, nights, and weekends Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is mandatory • Current CRNA registration and BLS certification • Minimum five years in complex acute care settings • At least three years of leadership experience • Master’s degree in Nursing or related field favored Drive effective patient care management and utilize your leadership during critical non-daytime hours. #J-18808-Ljbffr
