What you will be doing

  • Support planning activities for the Allegro platform upgrade.
  • Validate business and functional requirements while assessing impacts of the upgrade.
  • Coordinate business readiness activities across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, IT, QA, vendors, and the Systems Integrator.
  • Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
  • Partner with the QA Lead to manage defects, testing progress, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate business sign-offs for testing, requirements, and production readiness.
  • Document business process changes and functional impacts resulting from the upgrade.
  • Update process documentation including Visio diagrams, process maps, procedures, training materials, and supporting documentation.
  • Assist with documenting integrations and understanding the existing application landscape through collaboration with internal SMEs.
  • Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-production hypercare.
  • Track risks, issues, action items, and project dependencies.

What you must have

  • 7+ years of Business Analysis experience on enterprise application projects.
  • Experience supporting ETRM implementations or upgrade initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more of:
    • Allegro (preferred)
    • Endur
    • Triple Point
    • Similar ETRM platforms
  • Strong understanding of energy trading and risk management business processes.
  • Experience performing:
    • Requirements validation
    • Business impact assessments
    • Process analysis
    • Business process mapping
  • Experience coordinating business, IT, QA, vendors, and project teams.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or comparable test management / defect tracking tools.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Experience working on large-scale projects within utilities, energy, or commodity trading organizations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced project environment with multiple workstreams.
