What you will be doing
- Support planning activities for the Allegro platform upgrade.
- Validate business and functional requirements while assessing impacts of the upgrade.
- Coordinate business readiness activities across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, IT, QA, vendors, and the Systems Integrator.
- Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Partner with the QA Lead to manage defects, testing progress, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate business sign-offs for testing, requirements, and production readiness.
- Document business process changes and functional impacts resulting from the upgrade.
- Update process documentation including Visio diagrams, process maps, procedures, training materials, and supporting documentation.
- Assist with documenting integrations and understanding the existing application landscape through collaboration with internal SMEs.
- Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-production hypercare.
- Track risks, issues, action items, and project dependencies.
What you must have
- 7+ years of Business Analysis experience on enterprise application projects.
- Experience supporting ETRM implementations or upgrade initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with one or more of:
- Allegro (preferred)
- Endur
- Triple Point
- Similar ETRM platforms
- Strong understanding of energy trading and risk management business processes.
- Experience performing:
- Requirements validation
- Business impact assessments
- Process analysis
- Business process mapping
- Experience coordinating business, IT, QA, vendors, and project teams.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or comparable test management / defect tracking tools.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Experience working on large-scale projects within utilities, energy, or commodity trading organizations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced project environment with multiple workstreams.
