Job Full Description Position: Estimator Location: Hawthorne, NJ Pay Rate: $25/hour About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to support commercial HVAC and construction-related projects. This role requires a professional who can multitask effectively in a fast-paced, industrial yet professional environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare Cost Estimates: Create accurate, detailed cost estimates for commercial HVAC projects, including labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and overhead.

Collaboration: Communicate with vendors to gather necessary information and ensure estimates are complete and precise. Proposal Submission: Prepare and deliver professional, competitive proposals to clients with clear breakdowns of costs, timelines, and scope of work. Qualifications Experience: Background in construction (any type considered).

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines to submit bids on time.
