Estimation Manager – Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of level of effort (LoE) estimates and design costs for complex engineering projects
• Collaborate with discipline leads to define scope, validate assumptions, and establish resource requirements
• Develop and maintain standardized estimation methodologies and benchmarking tools
• Prepare detailed estimates covering all engineering-related costs
• Ensure estimates are aligned with design maturity and project requirements
• Conduct estimate reviews and validate the quality, consistency, and completeness of data
• Integrate estimates into overall cost models and support tendering processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Bilingualism (English and French) is required
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
• Strong expertise in level of effort (LoE) and engineering design cost estimation
• Ability to analyze and synthesize complex data into strategic insights
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary stakeholders
• Solid understanding of project delivery models (EPC, EPCM, CM, DB, alliances, JV)
