Support the office in general. Implement administrative policies alone or with other team members, performing the following duties.

What You Will Do - Primary Responsibilities - Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries, and reconciling books of accounts. - Performing walkthroughs with process owners. - Providing clear and concise process documentation, including process workflows. - Gathering data and conducting guided research and analysis. - Documenting functional requirements. - Compiling financial information related to specific business functions. - Create databases using vendor data. - Query the SBA database using SQL/Excel to determine carrier frequencies. - Interpret data of low to medium complexity in order for it to be entered into the research database. - Assist with miscellaneous administrative duties within the department. - Become familiar with various projects related to international field operations for telecommunications towers.* Investigate specific technologies and products related to assigned projects and prepare reports on their benefits, challenges, and applicability to the business.

What You’ll Need - Qualifications & Requirements - H.S. Diploma/GED plus College Degree seeking student; and <1 year relevant experience. - Python, R, SQL, statistical analysis tools (such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI), and any specialized skills (data visualization, machine learning, data mining) are welcome; - Analytical and oriented to detail; - Bilingual preferred: Spanish / Portuguese.
