About the Role

Are you passionate about transforming how children learn English, Science, and Mathematics?

CherYsh Trust is looking for an ESM (English, Science & Mathematics) Subject Matter Expert to design and deliver engaging learning experiences for students in Grades 1–10.

This role goes beyond textbooks. You will work closely with teachers, facilitators, and students to bring curiosity, activity-based learning, and real-world context into classrooms, particularly in rural communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging ESM curriculum, lesson plans, and learning resources for Classes 1–10
• Create activity-based and experiential learning modules that make concepts practical and engaging
• Train, mentor, and support teachers and Learning Facilitators
• Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to educators
• Develop and support assessments to track student learning outcomes
• Analyze learning data and identify opportunities for improvement
• Promote the effective use of MIS and digital learning tools
• Design and support student projects, science fairs, experiments, and hands-on learning activities
• Work closely with field teams to ensure effective implementation of learning programs
• Contribute to continuous improvement of CherYsh Trust's education programs

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or Biology – mandatory
• Strong fundamentals in English, Science, and Mathematics
• Passion for education and improving learning outcomes for children
• Strong interest in experiential, activity-based, and foundational learning
• Ability to train, mentor, and motivate teachers and facilitators
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable working in rural and field-based environments
• Ability to use data and technology to support learning outcomes
