We are looking for a BPI Analyst to join our successful ESG Team. This is a home based role with occasional travel to our Kirkham (Lancashire) office required. The ESG/BPI Analyst is responsible for the technical integrity of our ESG reporting infrastructure and managing report uploads and downloads from the CRM.

This role is split between taking full ownership of complex Excel based ESG reporting frameworks, utilising VBA and advanced formulas for ESG reporting, and providing comprehensive administration and support for the department's CRM system. The responsibilities will include but not be limited to: - Technical Responsibilities: Manage Excel-based energy/ESG reporting templates. Utilise advanced Excel formulas and VBA to automate, maintain, and improve templates.

Conduct rigorous testing and debugging of templates. Maintain version history for all reporting frameworks. Provide support to peers on data solutions.

Manage data upload and report download within the CRM. Soft Responsibilities: Professional and confident manner. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Problem solving and analytical thinking. Project management skills. Effective face-to-face communicator with good telephone and written skills.

Ability to work on their own initiative with a good ‘Teamwork’ ethic. Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise activities. Good presentation skills.

Ability to analyse reports and develop recommendations. Prepare clear and succinct reports and correspondence. Be able to work with colleagues, customers, suppliers and the public in general.

Advanced technical proficiency in Excel, including VBA and complex formulas. Read and comply with the company Health & Safety Policy; taking reasonable care for the Health & Safety of themselves and others; co-operate with managers and other employees in fulfilling our objectives and statutory duties. Qualifications and Education Requirements Essential: Advanced technical proficiency in Excel, including VBA and complex formulas.
