What They're Looking For: Eligibility to work in the UK - full-time availability (4–5 FULL days, Mon–Sat) Based in or able to commute to Portsmouth daily A positive, proactive attitude and strong work ethic Fluent English communication skills Motivation to broaden existing skills within sales - no experience required ; applications are welcomed from retail, hospitality, bar work, events, promotions, front of house or other customer-facing backgrounds.

About the Role: You'll be involved in face-to-face sales and customer service campaigns through events, retail pop-ups and outreach locations across the Portsmouth area. Representing well-known brands, you'll engage with customers, build rapport and support brand growth through high-quality customer service. What You'll Be Doing: Represent leading brands through events, retail pop-ups and outreach campaigns. Build rapport and deliver high-quality customer service. Present products and services to support sales and customer acquisition. Work towards individual and team goals. Learn alongside experienced team members to develop your communication, customer engagement and sales skills.

This is a face-to-face opportunity operating across events, retail pop-ups and outreach campaigns within the Portsmouth area on a subcontracted basis.
