Entry-Level Account Executive (Sales) Overview We are seeking motivated, entry-level sales professionals who are eager to launch their careers in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This role focuses on generating new business, building relationships, and developing foundational sales skills through hands-on experience and structured training. Our team is responsible for driving new business revenue and consistently working toward individual and team goals.
This position is ideal for someone who is competitive, coachable, and excited to learn the fundamentals of sales and business development. You’ll receive training in tools like Salesforce, sales process management, and prospecting strategies. Success in this role comes from consistent effort, a positive attitude, and a willingness to step outside your comfort zone.
Key Responsibilities Learn and execute outbound prospecting strategies, including phone calls, email outreach, and social media engagement Build relationships with potential clients and referral partners, particularly in the real estate and mortgage industries Participate in networking events and community engagement opportunities to grow your professional network Support the full sales cycle—from identifying prospects to helping close new business Work with clients to understand their needs and help present appropriate solutions Maintain consistent daily activity (calls, meetings, follow-ups) to build a strong pipeline Collaborate with team members and leadership to continuously improve sales skills and performance Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred, but not required Interest in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or internships is a plus Willingness to obtain an insurance license (if not already licensed) Basic familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce is helpful, but not required Skills & Attributes Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take feedback Comfort engaging with new people and building relationships Resilience and ability to stay motivated in a goal-oriented environment Strong work ethic and sense of accountability Good organizational and time management skills Competitive mindset with a desire to grow and succeed What You’ll Gain Hands-on sales training and mentorship Exposure to a full sales cycle environment Opportunity to build a strong professional network Clear path for career growth and advancement based on performance
