This role is out in the field, face-to-face with homeowners, representing a company and a product you can genuinely be proud of. No cold calling. No cubicle. What you'll do Canvass assigned residential neighborhoods and engage homeowners in meaningful conversations Generate qualified leads and set appointments for our in-home sales consultants Represent SAAD Bath & Shower with professionalism, energy, and product knowledge Track your activity, leads, and appointments accurately Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and a great customer experience Meet and exceed weekly lead and appointment targets What you'll bring A natural ability to connect with people and start conversations with ease Self-motivation and a competitive drive — you don't wait to be pushed Resilience and a positive attitude — you brush off a "no" and move to the next door Strong communication skills — clear, confident, and genuine Previous canvassing, door-to-door, or outside sales experience is a plus but not required Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods What we offer Base pay: $22/hr to start — you're earning from the moment you hit the field Weekly bonuses: Paid out every week based on appointments set and how many of those turn into sits — the more you convert, the more you earn Commission: Paid when the job is complete — every project you helped bring in puts money back in your pocket Earning potential: Top performers take home $1,500 or more per week — the ceiling is yours to set Flexible schedule: Full-time hours with flexibility built in — we work with your life, not against it Growth path: Canvassing is the launchpad — high performers move into sales consultant and leadership roles Team culture: We're tight-knit, competitive in the best way, and we celebrate wins together Full training provided: We set you up to succeed from day one — product knowledge, scripts, and strategy How to apply Think you've got what it takes?
