Role Description We are looking for a results-driven Enterprise Sales Hunter who can take complete ownership of revenue generation by closing high-value deals and expanding strategic accounts.

This role goes beyond conventional sales, requiring a strong ability to hunt, build trust at the CXO level, and consistently deliver measurable business outcomes. The Enterprise Sales Hunter will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new opportunities while building strong client relationships through direct, in-person engagement. The role also involves collaborating closely with internal teams to understand client requirements and ensure the successful delivery of solutions that drive customer satisfaction and business success.

Key Responsibilities • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure and account expansion • Drive enterprise deal closures ranging from ₹50L to ₹5Cr • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and key stakeholders • Identify and expand business opportunities across Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad Qualifications Experience: 8–15 Years Location: Chennai / Bengaluru Preferred : Immediate Joiner • Proven experience in enterprise/B2B sales, including software or product sales, with exposure to BFSI or Manufacturing sectors • Strong track record of closing high-value deals and consistently achieving ₹8Cr+ ARR targets • Expertise in prospecting, lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management • Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven with a strong sense of ownership • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field • Prior experience in technology or consulting industries is an added advantage This is a field sales role and not an inside sales position.
