What You'll Do

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic BFSI enterprise accounts.
• Drive the complete sales cycle from prospecting and executive discovery to demos, commercial negotiations, and deal closure.
• Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and business leaders.
• Identify multiple Salesforce transformation opportunities within existing and new accounts.
• Partner with Presales, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver winning solutions.
• Build a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, partner referrals, and account expansion.
• Consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.

What We're Looking For

• 5–8 years of Enterprise B2B SaaS or Software Sales experience.
• Experience selling CRM, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Enterprise Software, or IT Services.
• Strong consultative selling and enterprise account management skills.
• Experience engaging CXO-level stakeholders and managing complex buying cycles.
• Exposure to BFSI customers is preferred.
• Proven ability to drive new logo acquisition while growing existing accounts.
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a high-growth environment.
