We’re looking for an experienced Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join our team, assisting our RN Care Manager in delivering top-quality clinical care in clients’ homes. Your Role As an Enrolled Nurse (EN) , you’ll provide direct clinical care while working closely with our RN Care Manager to ensure clients receive safe, tailored support. Your role will include: Clinical Care & Support Administer medications ( must be medication-endorsed ).

Assist with wound care, continence management, and chronic disease support . Monitor and report changes in client conditions to the RN Care Manager . Care Planning & Assessments Support assessments and contribute to care plan development under RN guidance.

Work with clients who have dementia, palliative needs, disabilities, or aged-care requirements . Work autonomously in clients’ homes while staying connected with the care team. Guide Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) with clinical tasks as needed.

Compliance & Documentation Follow AHPRA standards , Aged Care Quality & Safety guidelines, and company policies. Maintain accurate client records and assist with audits. What We Offer Flexible contracts (Casual or Permanent Part-Time).

Experience in aged care, disability, palliative, or dementia care . Ability to conduct assessments & contribute to care plans (with RN oversight). Police Clearance , driver’s licence, and fully insured, registered vehicle .
