Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an English Teacher located in Bengaluru. The English Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting students in their academic journey. Key responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, assessing student performance, providing feedback, and implementing teaching strategies that cater to diverse learning needs.

The teacher will also participate in school activities, collaborate with colleagues, and ensure adherence to the educational institution's curriculum and objectives.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in English Teaching and comprehensive knowledge of the English language
• Experience in Lesson Planning and creating engaging educational materials
• Strong skills in Education techniques, Teaching methodologies, and the ability to cater to varied learning styles
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
• Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students
• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field (required); teaching certification preferred
• Previous teaching experience, particularly in a classroom setting, is advantageous
