CrowdFarming is an agri-tech Farmer-to-Consumer platform that offers a sustainable and transparent alternative to fight food waste by creating a direct link between agricultural producers and consumers. Founded in 2017, we are constantly revolutionizing consumer behavior and are experiencing significant growth. Therefore, we need support for our customer service team in Madrid.

Here are some of the tasks you’d be taking on if you join us:

1. Advise and support our customers across different markets (France, UK, Sweden, etc.) via phone, email, and social media — whether it's about tracking an order, questions about our products or services, or resolving an incident.
2. Gather and categorize customer feedback and suggestions to share them with the relevant internal teams.
3. Collaborate with other departments to handle customer requests efficiently.

Your profile
Must haves

1. Fluent in French and have a good level of Spanish and/or English.
2. You live in Madrid or are planning to move here soon.
3. You’re a great team player but also know how to work independently.
4. You’re highly adaptable.
5. Challenges don’t scare you — you actually enjoy taking them on!
6. You’re enthusiastic, curious, and love learning new things.
7. Speaking an additional language (German, Swedish, Italian, Dutch) is a plus.
8. You have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, especially valued if in sales, logistics, agriculture, or e-commerce.
9. Sustainability is one of your core values!

In return, we offer:

1. A permanent contract (40 hours per week).
2. Full-time schedule: a 5-day week from Monday to Sunday, with one Saturday or Sunday off every four weeks.
3. Hybrid model: two days of remote work per week (25 €/month for related expenses).
4. Partially funded health insurance by CrowdFarming (29€).
5. €250 per year for any training you wish to undertake.
