Job Description Position Title: Contractor, Validation Engineering Reports to: Specialist, Validation Engineering Number of Direct Reports: 0 Responsibilities Prepare qualification documentation for new equipment, existing equipment undergoing modifications, and utility systems (HVAC, compressed air, purified water, BMS, etc.). Coordinate and execute tests described in the protocols, and coordinate required corrective actions with other departments. Prepare and maintain all documentation related to equipment qualification.
Provide technical expertise on all aspects related to qualification. Management Responsibilities This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities. Key Working Relationships Internal Partners: Production, Engineering Projects, HSE, Quality, Procurement External Partners: Service providers and contractors involved in projects Required Knowledge and Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.
Languages: French and English. Experience: 5 years of validation experience; knowledge of Canadian and American standards. Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
