Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Engineering – Plant Engineering & Maintenance role based in Ramnagar, near Bangalore. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing plant engineering and maintenance activities to ensure reliable operations and minimal downtime. Responsibilities include overseeing mechanical and manufacturing systems, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, and supporting installation and commissioning of equipment.

The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes, safety, and efficiency. The individual will support project implementation, vendor coordination, documentation, and adherence to quality and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders, and to prepare clear reports and documentation.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to diagnose equipment issues, interpret data, and support continuous improvement and root-cause analysis.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, schedule, and track maintenance and engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and resource optimization.
• Candidates should possess Manufacturing Engineering skills to understand production processes, equipment layouts, and optimization of plant operations.
• Candidates should possess Mechanical Engineering skills to handle mechanical systems, machinery maintenance, and reliability engineering activities.
• Relevant experience in plant engineering, maintenance, or industrial operations is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline is beneficial.
• Knowledge of safety standards, quality systems, and maintenance management tools (e.g., CMMS) is an advantage.

Compensation: Annual CTC of ₹ 12 to 15 Lacs
