Engineering manager – systems – hybrid navycapability

Salary: Circa £74,290 dependent on experience

What you’ll be doing:

As an Engineering Core duties: You will lead and coordinate the delivery and You will maintain engineering You will coordinate engineering inputs across design, build, integration, test, acceptance, and transition to service through generation of required work products and supporting artefacts You will liaise with customer and design teams to facilitate delivery and acceptance integrated system solutions..

Essential skills: Academic qualification in a STEM related subject, and ability/willingness to become a Chartered Engineer through an appropriate recognised professional institution

The Combat Systems Team:

This is an opportunity for you to come into a team-based environment with hybrid, cross site working on new technologies and ways of working. You will gain exposure to new projects and part of the advancements in Royal Navy Systems.

This will be a highly visible role, with demanding use of software that is developed with a aim for it to be running within a Naval Ship environment.
