Engineering Manager - Hive

Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and grow a cross‑functional engineering team delivering email, SMS, ad and CRM automation features. Define and evolve the product’s technical architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security on AWS. Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to translate business goals into clear engineering roadmaps and sprint plans. Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, continuous integration, and deployment pipelines. Monitor performance metrics, conduct post‑mortems, and drive continuous improvement across the development lifecycle. Requirements 5+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of leading teams in a fast‑moving SaaS environment. Strong proficiency in Python and modern cloud services (AWS, serverless, containers). Hands‑on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align technical decisions with business objectives.
