Effortless Admin seeks an Engineering Manager to lead four engineering teams in Edmonton, AB. This role focuses on people leadership, project delivery, and team development. In this pivotal position, you report directly to the Chief Technology Officer and oversee four engineering team leads, managing approximately fourteen engineers.

As a full-time, in-person role, your primary responsibility will be to ensure efficient cross-team collaboration, enhance the capabilities of team leads, and secure delivery commitments to meet company objectives.
