Job Description
Company: Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables 1. Engine and vehicle level calibration for Common rail systems, DOC, DPF2. Liaise with supplier for development and validation of emission related parts3.
Participate in field trials and establish performance correlation between dyno and vehicle results, identify areas of optimisation and improvement4. Interact with Plant team and solve testing issues5. Interact with various COE during Engine development 6.
Responsible for Type approval and COP support at ARAI7. Liaise with MRV Engine assembly and testing team for engine assembly and testing, analyse results wrt requirements.Experience 3-5 yearsIndustry Preferred Tractor, Auto, IndustrialQualifications B.E/ B.Tech (Mechanical/Automobile)General Requirements Excellent communication and assertive skills Excellent Troubleshoting skills Ability to work to challenging deadlines Collaborative Functional Competencies: 1. Good understanding of Combustion and engine calibration for Common Rail systems/ Mechanical FIE systems2.
INCA knowledge is preferred3. Exposure to Common rail system related measurement and validation process4. Previous experience in IC engine development5.
Understand the various phases of engine development and testing6. Exposure to Engine teardown protocols7. Exposure to After treatment systems - DOC/ DPF8.
