Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role based in London, allowing a mix of office‑based and work‑from‑home flexibility. As a Senior Engineer, you will design, analyze, and manage maritime infrastructure projects, including the inspection, assessment, and rehabilitation of maritime assets.

You will lead project teams, collaborate with multidisciplinary engineers, liaise with clients, and ensure compliance with industry standards and sustainability goals. Additional responsibilities include preparing technical proposals, managing project budgets, and mentoring junior engineers. Qualifications Strong engineering skills, including structural analysis, design, and project management in maritime infrastructure projects Proficiency in the use of industry‑standard software and tools for structural calculations and design Knowledge of maritime codes, standards, and sustainability practices, including life extension strategies and net‑zero initiatives Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders Leadership experience, including managing project teams and mentoring junior engineers Bachelor's or advanced degree in Civil, Structural, or Marine Engineering or a related field Chartered Engineer status or eligibility for chartership is a strong advantage Experience working on ports, harbors, jetties, dry docks, and other marine structures is highly preferred A proactive, problem‑solving mindset and the ability to work in a hybrid work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
