Assembly Engineer

Overview Assembly Engineer (Bespoke / Fitter / Mechanical) – Leicester Competitive salary dependent on experience + pension + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Uniform + Parking + Company Bonus Scheme + Death in Service Benefit. 37.5 Hours a Week: Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:30, 13:30 Friday Finish. Responsibilities Mechanical fitting and assembly of machines in line with specifications, drawings and build procedures Read and follow engineering drawings Use of hand tools and power tools Working with rolling element bearings, shafts, plain bearings, liner bearings, ball screws, lead screws, pneumatic components, sensors, motors and gearboxes Use of measuring equipment such as verniers, slip gauges, micrometres Requirements Mechanical fitting/assembly experience of bespoke equipment Able to read and interpret engineering drawings #J-18808-Ljbffr
