Human Resources Group is currently supporting an international engineering company in the recruitment of engineers to join its growing technical team.
Our client operates internationally and delivers specialized engineering and technical services across multiple markets. Junior NDT Technician — Entry Level or Up to 3 Years of Experience
Location: Lisboa, Portugal

Working model: Office-based, international travel and, where applicable, remote work
The selected candidates will join a multidisciplinary engineering team and support technical projects for international clients.
About the opportunity
A well-established international engineering company operating in the Oil & Gas sector, with
activities across five continents and projects for some of the world’s leading industry
operators, is seeking four NDT Technicians to join a new business unit in the Lisboa Area.
Applications will be considered from both recent graduates and professionals with up to three
years of relevant experience.
Main responsibilities
• Participate in the execution of conventional Non-Destructive Testing services;
• Prepare and check the equipment required for each project;
• Collect and organise inspection data;
• Assist with the preparation of technical documentation and inspection reports;
• Comply with all applicable technical, quality and safety procedures;
• Participate in projects carried out in Portugal and internationally.
Candidate profile
• Relevant technical, vocational or higher education;
• Entry-level profile or up to three years of professional experience;
• Fluency in both Portuguese and English, written and spoken;
• Spanish language skills will be considered a strong advantage;
• Availability for international travel;
• Responsible, rigorous and committed to achieving objectives;
• Able to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to different professional and
cultural environments.
Previous experience in Non-Destructive Testing, industrial inspection, maintenance, quality
or the Oil & Gas sector will be valued. However, applications are also welcomed from recent
graduates with suitable qualifications, strong motivation and an interest in developing an
international career.
Travel requirements
International travel will represent approximately 50% of the working time. Individual
assignments may last between one week and one month, although most trips will typically
last approximately one to two weeks.
