Overview

In this role you will own the end-to-end EMEA POS programme for Sonos, coordinating with agencies and internal teams to ensure flawless store presentation across 3,800 displays in 17 markets. Youโ€™ll translate global retail guidelines into actionable briefs, uphold standards, and drive continuous improvement. You will connect strategy to execution, using data and market insight to inform decisions that affect the region.

This is a collaborative, cross-functional role with a clear impact on in-store experience and brand consistency.

Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end EMEA POS programme management with agency executional support across all markets
  • Lead cross-functional coordination with Finance, Legal, regional Commercial Marketing and Global Commercial Activation & Enablement
  • Drive onboarding of new agencies and stakeholders with clear processes, ownership and SLAs
  • Own the EMEA POS budget: forecasting, tracking and reconciling spend with monthly Finance reporting
  • Lead NPI rollouts and retrofits for POS across EMEA from briefing to in-store completion and final reporting
  • Coordinate regional requirements, store lists, tour plans and installation partners for each NPI wave
  • Manage NPI budgets, PO tracking and invoice approvals; deliver rollout reports to senior stakeholders
  • Capture post-rollout learnings and implement process improvements for subsequent launches
  • Brief, steer, monitor and evaluate all EMEA POS production and installation partners
  • Review and negotiate rate cards; manage SLA validation and escalation, contract renewals with Legal/Procurement
  • Standardise reporting across agency partners for operational visibility and BI
  • Evaluate efficiency improvements with Global Brand Experience team, including connected display tech and automation workflows
  • Coordinate POS artwork production, agency briefs, localization and translation workflows across markets
  • Track artwork budgets and ensure timely delivery aligned to NPI/campaign calendars
Key requirements
  • 5+ years in retail operations, POS or visual merchandising programme management
  • Proven ability to manage multi-market programmes in EMEA with agency management and multi-currency budgets
  • Commercially confident with budget ownership, PO management, invoice review and finance reporting
  • Collaborative team player with strong cross-functional relationship-building
