EMEA HR Compliance Manager

Overview

As an HR Compliance Program Manager, you help shape CrowdStrike’s global HR compliance framework. You partner with Legal and HR to ensure policies meet local laws and industry standards while driving scalable programs. You’ll manage cross-functional initiatives, risk controls, and policy updates amid growth and international expansion.

• Operationalize compliance across local employment regulations
• Lead multiple HR compliance programs as program manager
• Support policy implementation for new laws, country expansion, and M&A
• Manage occupational health and safety requirements and medical policies
• Conduct research on regional compliance requirements and impact
• Analyze data to identify trends and quality gaps
• Coordinate with Legal, Privacy, and policy groups for reviews and recommendations
• Draft and audit employment policies, procedures, flow diagrams, training, and executive summaries
• Manage record retention policies and schedules
• Support SOX/SOC controls and audits
• Partner with HR, Legal, and compliance to align people policies
• Develop risk management programs and deliver training and process guides
• Support local government reporting and audits
• Stay updated on evolving HR compliance landscape
• Proactively collaborate with Legal and Compliance on changes

• BS, BA Degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in human resource compliance or employment law
• Experience leading large cross-functional projects
• Experience with data quality audits or HRIS improvements
• Proven experience using AI to enhance decision-making and efficiency
• Ability to work in a largely virtual, multi-timezone team
