Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons across core elementary subject areas.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and student-centred learning environment.
• Develop students' academic, social, emotional, and communication skills.
• Prepare lesson plans, learning resources, classroom activities, and assessments.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Use differentiated and inquiry-based teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
• Encourage critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and independent learning.
• Maintain effective classroom management and promote positive student behaviour.
• Communicate regularly with parents and collaborate with colleagues to support student development.
• Maintain accurate student records and participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development.
