Job 1: Customer Service & Tech Evaluator.(Front-of-House)
Location: Milpitas, CA
Pay: $22.00 – $30.00 / hour
Hours: Mon–Fri, 10 AM – 6 PM (Optional Sat: 11 AM – 3 PM)
Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
About the Job
Brand-new electronics store (open 2 weeks!). We operate in a clean 1,600 sq. ft. shop with a friendly team of 3–4 people, including the store owner.
In this role, you’ll be the main person welcoming customers who come in to sell their used electronics. You’ll test their devices, use our computer software to look up trade-in values, explain the offers, and complete the purchases.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and make them feel welcome.
- Test smartphones, laptops, tablets, gaming consoles, PCs, and cameras.
- Use our computer software to generate purchase offers and explain pricing.
- Keep the counter and store clean and organized.
What We’re Looking For
- Interest in gadgets, phones, and gaming gear.
- Friendly, honest, and good at talking with people.
- Good attention to detail when checking devices.
- Bonus: Experience working at GameStop, Best Buy, phone stores, or retail.

Job 2: Online Listing & Inventory Specialist (Back-of-House)
Location: Milpitas, CA
Pay: $22.00 – $26.00 / hour
Hours: Mon–Fri, 10 AM – 6 PM (Optional Sat: 11 AM – 3 PM)

About the Job
In this role, you’ll work behind the scenes preparing items to be sold online. After items sit in a required 30-day holding area, you’ll re-test them, clean them, take photos, write online listings, and ship out customer orders.
What You’ll Do
- Retrieve items after their 30-day hold period.
- Clean, re-test, and inspect electronics.
- Take product photos and create online sales listings with accurate details.
- Pack and ship outgoing orders.
What We’re Looking For
- Very organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable using computers and learning listing software.
- Interested in tech (knowledge of PC parts/gaming gear is a big plus!).
- Bonus: Experience with online selling (eBay, Amazon), warehouse work, or shipping.
