This isn’t just another electrical job. We need someone who can take leadership, lead a crew, manage job sites, handle service calls, and keep operations moving.

**The right person will:**

• Have **7+ years of electrical experience**

• Be capable of running crews and managing other electricians

• Know how to run job sites from start to finish

• Be confident handling service calls and troubleshooting

• Be dependable, organized, and able to make decisions in the field

• Have a **clean driving record**

• Take pride in doing quality work and leading by example
