Job Location: This position will be located at St. Charles Habilitation Center, 22 Marr Lane; St. Charles, MO 63303. Regular work schedule will be 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with weekends and holidays off; however, schedule flexibility is required to meet the needs of the facility.

What You’ll Do
St. Charles Habilitation Center is looking for a Licensed Behavior Analyst with training and experience working with individuals dually diagnosed with developmental disabilities and mental illness. The Licensed Behavior Analyst will serve as an active member of an interdisciplinary treatment team.
They will conduct behavioral assessments, design and implement behavior support plans to enhance adaptive behaviors, diminish challenging behaviors, and assist with transition to less restrictive settings. The Licensed Behavior Analyst will train team members to implement the behavior support plan and will oversee the implementation. This person will train staff in Basic and Advanced Safety Care, Mental Health First Aid, & other courses as needed.
This position may maintain a case load of up to 20 consumers, which may include those that are in the Crisis Program.
Minium Qualifications
- Possession of a current license to practice as a Behavior Analyst in Missouri.
- Board Certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Strong observation and verbal and written communication skills.
