As an Electrician Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance projects. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years experience in a Foreman role, preferably 5 years.

Must have knowledge of running work in residential, commercial, and solar installation. Responsibilities: Follow all safety rules and regulations Maintain a clean and safe work environment Use blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine electrical requirements and materials needed Install new electrical systems and repair existing systems Provide bids for work orders Interact with customers, suppliers, and other professionals Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in accordance with local and national electrical codes Perform quality control inspections to ensure work meets safety and quality standards Collaborate with construction teams to provide accurate electrical construction estimates and schedules Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical systems Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions Install and maintain lighting fixtures, switches, outlets, and other electrical devices Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment Participate in field work activities, including utilizing tools when necessary Qualifications : Journeyman Electrician License Previous experience as an Electrician is preferred Valid Driver’s License Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and measurements Professional appearance and courteous personality Strong knowledge of NEC and most electrical systems, components, and equipment Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to identify and resolve electrical issues Attention to detail and ability to perform quality control inspections Proficient in MS Office Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
