NSC Staffing is now hiring an Electrical Foreman – Data Center Projects for our Travel Division. The project we are currently hiring for is in TRENTON, OH.

PAY: $35- $40/ hr DOE

PER DIEM: $120/ days worked

SCHEDULE: 58+ hrs/ week

This contractor supports projects in Georgia, North Carolina, and Ohio. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman with 4+ years of supervisory experience on commercial, industrial, or data center construction projects. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a commitment to safety, quality, and delivering projects on schedule.

Job Details:

• Supervise electrical crews and daily job site activities.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and electrical codes.
• Monitor project schedules, quality, and productivity.
• Perform inspections and troubleshoot electrical systems using testing equipment.
• Assist with material planning and project documentation using Procore, Primavera P6, or similar software.

Preferred:

• Experience on data center or other mission-critical construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, blueprint reading, and construction practices.
• Experience with Procore, Primavera P6, or similar construction management software.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Requirements:

• 4+ years experience as an Electrical Foreman on commercial/ industrial, or data center projects.
• Valid OSHA 30
• Must pass a background check
• Must pass a drug screen
