Key Responsibilities
- Assemble cabinet components including doors and drawers
- Install hardware accurately and efficiently
- Perform tasks along the assembly line to meet production goals
- Package and stage finished products for shipment
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of furniture or cabinet construction preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8–10 hour shifts)
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
