This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to benchmarking for development of new products and Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VA/VE) activities focused on EV 2 Wheelers, 3 Wheelers & Passenger Cars. As a core engineering role, we are looking for applicants with relevant knowledge and experience in the field.

Please note that this position may require occasional international/domestic travel. Responsibilities: Conduct a comprehensive study of electric vehicle electrification systems/components and develop High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) architecture diagrams. Create PCB layouts, signal diagrams, HV & LV wiring layouts with connectivity checks, connector layouts, and components construction.

Generate accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) for HV & LV components for various vehicle types such as 2W, 3W, 4W, and Commercial Vehicles (CV) - both Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) and Electric Vehicle (EV). Identify suitable PCB board materials, layouts, and child parts while understanding the manufacturing process of PCBs. Analyze the detailed differences in electrical & electronics systems of various vehicles and provide valuable insights.

Develop proposal documents outlining cost-saving ideas and present them to management or clients. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree (BE/B-Tech/ME/M-Tech) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of one year of industry experience in a relevant role.

Experience in benchmarking or reverse engineering Electrical & Electronics products/systems will be considered a strong advantage. Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
