eFront Application Support Specialist

Context

Within the Private Markets / Alternative Investments department, we are looking for a senior eFront specialist to support and maintain the eFront Invest platform used by business teams.

The consultant will act as a key interface between business users, IT teams and the software vendor.

Main responsibilities

Production Support / RUN

Provide day-to-day functional support to business users.

Analyze incidents and user requests related to eFront Invest.

Ensure issue resolution and follow-up with technical teams.

Participate in application monitoring and continuous improvement.

Functional Expertise

Support users on Private Equity / Private Debt business processes.

Understand fund lifecycle management:

Fund setup

Investor management

Capital calls

Distributions

Valuation processes

Portfolio monitoring

Application Management

Act as a functional SME for eFront Invest.

Collect business needs and translate them into functional requirements.

Coordinate with development teams and eFront experts.

Participate in releases, testing and documentation.

Required profile

5+ years experience on eFront Invest / FIA or equivalent Private Markets platforms.

Strong knowledge of Private Equity / Private Debt / Unlisted Assets.

Experience in functional support and interaction with business users.

Autonomous, good communication skills, able to work directly with front-office / investment teams.

Seniority and ability to quickly adapt to existing teams.
