We're looking for passionate and enthusiastic casual Educators to join our welcoming team at St Luke's LDC in Capalaba, conveniently located just minutes from the Capalaba CBD. Whether you're already qualified or working towards your qualification, we'd love to hear from you. This casual role has the potential to grow into a permanent part-time position for the right candidate, making it a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career with us.
Our 78-place early learning centre features five modern learning environments and spacious outdoor play areas, supported by an experienced leadership team committed to your growth. You'll work alongside a diverse, collaborative team of educators who are dedicated to inspiring young minds and creating a safe, nurturing space for every child in our care.

Job Requirements
- Hold (or are working towards) a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA approved equivalent
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Mandatory Child Protection (Geccko) Course 1 & 2 โ Course 3 & 4 optional but highly regarded
- A valid Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
