Ecommerce Growth Manager

About the Role We are looking for a highly driven and strategic E-commerce Manager to lead and scale our online marketplace business across Amazon and Flipkart . The ideal candidate should be strong in sales, data analysis, and growth strategy , with a proven track record of driving revenue in e-commerce marketplaces. This role requires someone who can take end-to-end ownership of our e-commerce operations, optimise performance, and identify new growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities Manage and scale overall business on Amazon & Flipkart marketplaces Drive revenue growth, sales planning, and target achievement Plan and execute marketplace strategies, campaigns, and promotions Optimize product listings, pricing, and catalogue performance Manage and monitor ads (PPC), ROI, and performance marketing Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor strategies Ensure inventory planning and stock availability Work closely with internal teams (warehouse, marketing, procurement) Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports Identify new opportunities for business expansion and scaling Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in handling Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, ads, and sales strategy Excellent analytical skills with a strong command of numbers & data Experience in PPC campaigns, ROI optimisation, and performance marketing Hands-on experience in catalogue management and listing optimisation Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Good communication and team management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in electronics/hardware/consumer goods industry Knowledge of Excel, reporting tools, and marketplace analytics Prior experience in handling high GMV accounts What We’re Looking For A strategic thinker who can drive business growth Someone who is data-driven and result-oriented A self-starter with an ownership mindset Strong focus on sales, performance, and scalability Why Join Us?
