EastPoint Electrical Engineering Technologist

Join EastPoint as an Electrical Engineering Technologist, where you'll develop innovative electrical solutions in both office and field capacities. Your role will be key in driving projects from concept through to commissioning. In this position, you'll engage in project phases, creating design drawings and specifications for buildings and utilities.

Collaborate with electrical engineers and utilize your AutoCAD and Revit expertise to ensure accuracy and compliance. You'll also conduct essential electrical calculations while supporting project teams in seamless execution and project alignment. Key Responsibilities: • Develop electrical system designs for various projects • Create construction drawings using AutoCAD and Revit • Assist in power distribution and control systems engineering • Perform site visits for field data verification • Evaluate RFIs and shop drawings for engineering feedback Requirements: • Accredited diploma in electrical engineering technology • Registration as CET with TechNova preferred • Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM workflows • Understand Canadian Electrical Code (CEC) • Field investigation and basic commissioning experience Elevate your engineering skills and contribute to impactful projects at EastPoint. #J-18808-Ljbffr
