Early Childhood Teacher (Full-Time) | Tamworth, NSW

What you’ll do

• Deliver high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Create engaging, play‑based learning experiences that support each child’s development
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
• Collaborate with educators to maintain a positive and reflective team culture
• Support the service to meet and exceed the National Quality Framework (NQF)
• Contribute to curriculum planning, observations, and documentation

What you’ll bring

• A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values
• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent)
• Current Teacher Accreditation/Registration for NSW or ability to obtain
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher within Australia is highly regarded
• Current Working with Children Check for NSW
• A genuine passion for child‑led learning and ongoing professional growth
