We at Coforge are hiring for Duck Creek Policy Developer with the following skillset:

\n

\n
• Design and build Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance products using the Duck Creek platform.
\n
• Document technical and solution approaches for projects.
\n
• Perform coding, unit testing, and code reviews within the Duck Creek environment.
\n
• Coach and support team members in project delivery.
\n
• Deep understanding of Duck Creek Policy configuration.
\n
• Experience in manuscript coding and configuration using Duck Creek tools such as Product Studio.
\n
• Hands-on experience with DCT Pages, Rating, Forms, and workflow management.
\n
• Proficient in debugging tools such as TraceMonitor, ExampleUtil, TSV Monitor, and Data Tester.
\n
• Experience with third-party integrations (EDI, 3PL, and non-SAP systems).
\n
• Strong knowledge of XML, XSL, and JavaScript.
\n
• Experience working with Duck Creek product versions 4.x, 5.x, 6.x, or 7.x.
\n
• Experience with MS SQL Server (2012/2016), including stored procedures, triggers, and user-defined functions.
\n

Preferred Skills:

\n
• Good verbal communication skills.
\n
• Knowledge of the insurance industry.
\n
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, including coaching and troubleshooting.
\n
• Familiarity with Agile methodology.
\n

\n

Qualifications:

\n

\n
• B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization or an equivalent qualification.
\n
