Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist based at ForesightMinds Child Development Centre in Bengaluru. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication needs in children, and develop individualized therapy plans in collaboration with families and the multidisciplinary team.

Daily responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, monitoring progress, updating documentation, and adjusting interventions based on each child’s response. The role involves providing parent education, contributing to family support programs, and participating in team meetings to ensure integrated, child-centered care. The Speech Language Pathologist will also help maintain a safe, encouraging environment that promotes developmental milestones and communication success.
Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Speech Therapy, with the ability to plan and deliver individualized speech and language interventions.
  • Knowledge of Speech and Communication Disorders, including assessment and diagnosis of articulation, fluency, and social communication challenges.
  • Expertise in Language Disorders, with experience supporting receptive, expressive, and pragmatic language development in children.
  • Understanding and clinical experience in managing Dysphagia, including safe feeding practices and related interventions.
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Audiology from a recognized institution.
  • Relevant licensure/registration as per local regulatory requirements, with adherence to professional and ethical standards.
  • Experience working with children in pediatric or school-based settings, preferably within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong observational, documentation, and case management skills, with attention to detail and outcome tracking.
  • Clear, empathetic communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with families and colleagues.
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and creating an inclusive, child-centered environment.
