- Deliver clear financial commentary for Group Board and investor reporting packs, ensuring alignment between divisional reporting and Group consolidation
- Act as trusted finance business partner to the Divisional MD and operational leads, supporting pricing, margin analysis and client profitability reviews
- Provide financial insight on operational KPIs and support commercial decisions with data-driven analysis
- Review revenue recognition processes, contract structures and fee arrangements, monitoring revenue leakage risk and ensuring consistency with Group accounting policies
- Lead divisional budgeting and rolling forecast processes, maintaining detailed revenue and cost models and analysing variances
- Review the divisional cost base, including headcount, commission structures and operational efficiency
- Maintain strong financial controls, support audit requirements and ensure compliance with Group policies
- Support financial modelling for new client onboarding, tenders and commercial proposals
- Assist with financial integration of acquisitions and support synergy tracking and cost optimisation initiatives

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong proficiency in financial analysis and modelling
- High level of drive and self-motivation, comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team
Why Apply
