Role Description We are seeking a full-time, on-site District Manager based in Portland, OR. The District Manager will oversee the operations of multiple locations within their assigned district, ensuring stores meet sales goals, deliver exceptional customer service, and operate efficiently.
Responsibilities include hiring and training store teams, implementing company standards and policies, developing strategies to enhance operational performance, and managing inventory and merchandising. This role requires travel within the district and effective leadership to inspire teams to achieve results. Qualifications Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills Proven experience with multi-store operations, sales strategy, and implementing company policies Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and operational best practices Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Experience in retail or related fields; prior district or regional management a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel within the assigned district Proficiency in using operational and sales reporting tools Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Retail, or a related field preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
